Time, Verified.
Three years ago, we began with a profound yet often overlooked truth: time is the only asset shared equally by every human being. Yet throughout history, it has never been systematically registered, verified or given a digital form.
Making human time verifiable requires more than a product feature. It demands a complete infrastructure: identities that can be registered, lasting social connections, trusted value settlement, and issuance rules secured by consensus and open to public scrutiny.
At 00:00 UTC on 4 September 2026, that infrastructure became a reality. CCR, the native asset of VCR Chain, went live alongside VCR Swap and the genesis liquidity pool.
• CRO registers time-based digital identities.
• SoulRing rebuilds human social connections.
• VCR-365 sets the underlying protocol rules.
• VCR Chain underpins all value settlement.
• CCR powers the entire Time Civilisation ecosystem.
Three years of development, layer by layer.
One unified system.
CCR is the sole native asset of VCR Chain. Every identity registration, every recorded social connection and every on-chain value settlement is powered by CCR.
Its total supply is permanently fixed at one billion, minted once at genesis. No block rewards. No inflation. No additional minting. No burning. Validator incentives come exclusively from on-chain transaction priority fees.
Minting at genesis does not mean immediate circulation. All allocation, locking and release rules are set out in the official whitepaper, publicly disclosed and enforced in accordance with those terms.
The foundations of Time Civilisation are now in place.
A new era of on-chain verification for human time has begun.
